About the job
As an enterprising account manager, you are responsible for achieving the individual margin target in a high-quality manner, as determined annually. You apply active acquisition as a means growing new projects and expand the business with existing accounts. In addition, you draw up advice and provide quotes, in collaboration with the consultants. Of course, these are in line with our portfolio of products and services. You also ensure the transfer of projects to our project managers.
Contents of the job
- Generate new business;
- Maintain a sustainable and personal relationship with our clients.;
- Respond adequately to signals, complaints and needs from the market;
- Advise on issues regarding customer’s IT environment;
- Give presentations to customers and prospects;
- Translate customer needs into a plan of action and / or quotations;
- Negotiate rates and contracts;
- Provide information for periodic reports;
- Ensure follow-up business;
- Cooperate with sales support and marketing;
- Undertake marketing activities including campaigns
What do you bring?
- Minimum completed education at HBO level;
- In possession of subject-related certifications;
- Knowledge of infrastructure solutions that add value;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales of consultancy and ICT;
- Knowledge of and experience with ICT advice;
- Result driven attitude, without losing sight of the customer’s needs;
- Excellent verbal and written expression skills;
- Excellent commercial and social skills;
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Entrepreneurial and creative in close collaboration with customers / suppliers and colleagues;
- In possession of driving license B.
