Employee satisfaction: the right person in the right job

Excellent secundairy benefits

It is well known and scientifically proven: satisfied employees perform better, are more productive and more creative. Of course, a good salary, flexible working conditions and other secondary benefits contribute to this satisfaction. Every year, we ask our employees in an employee satisfaction survey how satisfied they are with these aspects. With a score of  8.3 on a scale of  1 to 10, this is a good result.

Overall satisfaction score 8.9!

This same survey shows that INISI employees are more pleased with the content of their jobs. The involvement with the customers is high and also the technical content of the projects is fun and varied. Together with the  good cooperation, work atmosphere and the possibilities for training/development, this results in a score of no less than 8.9!
